Can you believe it? Another time in life when we are going to have to say, "Mom, I guess you were right!" I want to draw back upon two small, subtle, but very effective phrases that most of us heard at some point when we were growing up What are they you ask? How do the pertain to losing fat fast and keeping it off for good now that we are older?
So mom, this one is for you! What did I hear? "Jeffrey make sure to eat your vegetables" and "Jeffrey make sure that you drink plenty of water." Boy, did she ever know what she was talking about! How can these two simple phrases aid you in fat loss, doing it fast, and keep the stubborn fat off for good? Well, I guess you will have to keep reading.
Let's break down the first phrase "Make sure to eat your vegetables." In order to get your body to boost it's fat burning potential so that we can lose fat fast it's very important that we remember to eat a good amount of vegetables in our diet. A few major reasons for you will experience fast fat loss by eating more vegetables is because most green leafy vegetables are very low in calorie count, but give you an astonishing amount of necessary vitamins and minerals. If you want to increase your bodies fat burning potential I would suggest eating a small salad before each meal loaded up with such green leafy vegetables for fat loss like spinach, cucumbers, mustard greens, romaine lettuce and load up on some low-sugar alkalizing fruits such as tomato and avocado on there as well. Doing this will get your digestive system working and balanced out so it can break down whatever your meal is much more effectively causing less stress on your body which will help shred the fat fast and keep it off for good! I keep my daily intake of like items to about 65%-75%. Take a more simplistic approach to fat loss by eating more natural items like green leafy vegetables, low sugar alkalizing fruits, peppers, cucumbers, asparagus, sprouted grains, tomatoes, green beans, and brussel sprouts just to name a few!
Now let's talk about drinking lots of water because just like mom said "Jeffrey make sure that you drink plenty of water!" Water is the second most important thing to our bodies, next to oxygen which we can only live a matter of minutes without. Water is necessary for fat loss as it is one way our body can eliminate toxins and clean up our blood to make sure it's nice and healthy. Your body needs to be between 70% and 80% water to maintain proper functioning. When you drink clean structured water such as distilled, ionized, or even something purified by reverse osmosis, you will be aiding your body in removal of toxins stored in our blood cells and fat cells through urination, respiration, and perspiration.
Eliminating toxins through these three functions will help your body rid of that unwanted fat fast so you can finally see the fat loss you have wanted. So, it's only obvious that something so crucial to our body will aid in fat loss to make sure that we keep our body as a well oiled machine.
A major side benefit you will find from implementing these two strategies is an increased amount of energy. When you put such high quantities of oxygen back into your body from the leafy green vegetables and the water you are putting more oxygen into your cells which in turn will give you more energy. So this would be a major bonus to anyone physically active to be able to absorb more oxygen and use less during a workout putting less stress on the body and keeping the lactic acid levels low. There is nothing like mastering your bodies fat burning potential and feeling good while doing it. Remember two keys to fast fat loss and keeping the fat off for good are drinking lots of water (at least half your body weight in ounces each day) and eating plenty of leafy green veggies!
